My name is Jami Tallman-Townsend. A resident of Erie County, I’m proud to call Sandusky home for me, my husband, and our three young children. I discovered my passion for real estate when I purchased my first home at 19, and my first rental property two years after that. I have been a licensed real estate agent for 20+ years, never losing the excitement of making that closing for a first-time home buyer. For 12 years out of those 20+… my husband and I have built a successful business in buying and flipping homes, along with managing our rental properties. I also own JaxBar “The bar that gives back”, Scarlett O’ Hair Salon & Spa, and Our Salon Suites. As both a real estate agent and small business owner, my connection to the community is strong and optimistic. While it’s also important to listen to people’s needs and recognize their concerns.
